Is Big Walk crossplay?
Yes. The official FAQ and press kit state that Big Walk supports online crossplay with friends on other platforms.
Before creating the session
- Make sure every player has updated the game.
- Let one player create the world and keep that host consistent for future progress.
- Share the in-game join code directly with invited friends.
- If joining fails, compare game versions before changing network or security settings.
What crossplay does not mean
Crossplay does not add public matchmaking, local couch co-op or a shared cloud save owned by every participant. It connects invited online players; the host still owns the session save.
