Unlock the Map Room
Complete the Red Tower receiver, take the released blank key through the full cutter route, and use the finished key at the nearby blue tunnel building with red stairs. The room contains a large island model plus portable tools.
Find the portable tools
From the Map Room entrance, the cited walkthrough places a table on the right with a foldable map, a compass and laser pointers. The fixed model is useful for overview; the foldable map is the one you can carry.
Read coordinates
For a pair such as 3420, 1250, the first two digits of each number identify the grid square. The final two digits refine the position within that square. Use the compass to keep a shared direction while another player reads the map.
