Light hint
Climb the Red Tower and inspect the receiver before choosing nearby puzzles. The tower needs five physical rewards; the closest activities are convenient, but the rewards are not tied to one mandatory named list.
Key route
After placing five rewards, take the blank key to the first cutter at the tower. Wait for each cutter to finish, then follow its arrow to the next. A partly shaped key will not open the destination.

Reveal the final hand-in
Carry the fully shaped key down toward the blue tunnel building with red stairs near the starting region.
Insert it at the upper entrance. Inside, inspect the large island model and collect a portable map and compass from the nearby table.
Entering the room is associated with the public “Big View” achievement.
